🔹🔹🔹 (سوم ـ حدّ قذف) مسأله 2973) اگر شخصى بالغ و عاقل به زن، يا مردى كه مسلمان و بالغ و عاقل و آزاد و عفيف است، نسبت زنا يا لواط دهد حدش هشتاد تازيانه است كه به دستور حاكم شرع از روى لباس زده می‌شود. مسأله 2974) اگر مكلّف به مرد يا زن مسلمان غير از قذف فحش‌هاى ديگر بدهد، مثل این‌که بگويد سگ، يا خوك يا دزد يا ميمون و امثال اينها به او اهانت و اذيت نمايد، و او به حاكم شرع شكايت كند و تقاضاى مجازات نمايد، حاكم شرع دستور می‌دهد كه او را تعزير و تأديب كنند.
